Visual IQ for Lawyers provides digital supplements, educational resources, and visual literacy materials designed to accompany the book Visual Literacy for Lawyers (American Bar Association).

• Expand, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services — with or without notice.
• Introduce, change, or waive fees for certain content or features.

Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing you share here is protected by attorney-client privilege.

📷 Recordings & events

If you participate in any program, event, or activity connected to Visual IQ for Lawyers (in person or remotely), you may be photographed or recorded. You agree that:

• Your participation is treated as a Submission under the license above.
• We may use your name, image, voice, and professional bio in connection with such recordings in any publications or promotional materials.

🔒 Our content

• All site content, design, and materials not submitted by users are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
• The name and marks Visual IQ for Lawyers and Visual Literacy for Lawyers may not be used without our express written consent.

✅ Your license to use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for non-commercial purposes only.

📋 Accuracy

We do our best to keep site content complete, accurate, and current. However, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the site.

💰 Limitation of liability
